Fargo EggFest 2012

If you came here after attending the 2012 Fargo EggFest, you’re in luck!  We’ve blogged about all of the recipes served at EggFest at one time or another, so we’ve placed links to all of them on this page for your convenience so you don’t have to search all over the site for them.





Please note, all pizzas can be made with either of the following dough recipes and cooking methods, although most pizzas we have blogged about used the Pizza Stone method.  Dough #1 is a wetter dough and puffs up nicely but is harder to handle and is more traditional.  Dough #2 is easier to work with, but doesn’t puff up as much.  Use whichever dough and cooking method you like or think will work best for you.
