We decided to put Soups, Stews, Casseroles & Chili together under one heading because really, why not? It’s our blog and we’ll do it because it made sense to us 🙂
We have blogged about a couple of soups but not too many. The problem is I like soup in the winter, when it’s cold, but I don’t like to stand outside all day in the cold to MAKE the soup.
I have by no means reached the pinnacle of chili making. Here in the Great White North finding all of the ingredients to make a truly killer chili can be quite difficult. I have always wanted to try making chili from a smoked brisket, but haven’t gotten around to it yet… In fact, I have only made chili one time on the Big Green Egg and it turned out ok, but could have been better. Until I have a killer recipe to post, we’ll just leave Chili out of the title.
